20 years, 20 songs. Do you remember the girl with the Voortrekker kappie who performed “Afrikaners is plesierig” and really didn’t care what anyone thought of her? It is now 20 years later, and she has become the musician who has stolen South African hearts with her hard rock hits and soft ballads. Karen Zoid celebrates two decades in the music industry with this jubilee performance, accompanied by the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Brandon Phillips.
